Westgate Town Center Resort

This was our first time at this Resort. Everything is definitely a Five Star!! We were only able to attend the evening events and they were great!! A nice variety with great people running them. There are a ton of pools and an awesome waterpark. I may be a Sr. Citizen, but I still love those waterslides! The fitness center has plenty of machines and options for people to get their exercise in. Our room which included a full kitchen, living room and jacuzzi tub in our bedroom was really nice. The employees (and there are lots of them!) are all so friendly and helpful. I just can not say enough good things about our great experiences. We loved our two weeks here!

The resort is a great location close to Animal Kingdom and the other Disney resorts. The rooms are spacious and great for a full week vacation. While service differs from year to year, this year when we checked in (at 6 pm, after the 4pm check in time), it took almost 2 hours to get into our room and there was little to no communication regarding the status or apologies for the delay.

We stayed here during our visit to Disney and the parks, and it was our second time with Westgate, just at a different location. This spot felt more like a simple hotel—no frills—but it was great to have a washer and dryer handy. There were lots of amenities on-site like ice cream, a marketplace, an arcade, and many food options. We did ask if we could get an upgrade because the rooms were a bit small, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible. Even though we weren't in the room much, having a little more space would have been really nice. Parking was plentiful too.

We stayed at Westgate Town Center Resort with our family and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions. One of the best parts of our stay was the evening entertainment programs. Every night they organize different shows and activities, which makes the vacation even more fun and memorable. It’s a great opportunity to spend quality time together as a family and enjoy a lively atmosphere. We highly recommend this resort for a family vacation — they truly know how to create a great experience for their guests!

We stayed at the Westgate Town Center for four nights - and wish we could have stayed longer - there was so much to do at the resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The resort campus was delightful to walk around, and the scenery was great. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Been here a week (out of three) already and really have enjoyed every moment. The service from the concierge team in particular Teanna Holt has been exceptional. The restaurants on site are very reasonably priced. The Mexican restaurant and Sid’s one are very good. We had a blast at the onsite Arcade. Also saw three complementary and enjoying the pools. (14 pools in all)The rooms are good, clean, but older in the building we are in. We, requested some help with the safe dishwasher and they came immediately. If something is not right, you just need to call and they’re there to support you. We definitely recommended this place. Travelling with 11 people.

Excellent location. A bit overwhelming that it's so big but once you know where you are all is good! Very clean rooms. Can hear everything next door so would recommend noise machine. Bed was so comfy. Staff was all super kind and helpful. Pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake. Would absolutely stay here again, very close to Disney World.

This is by far one of the best places that we have stayed in our many trips to Florida. The room was completely upgraded from the pictures online, everything was super clean and we could walk the floors without our feet getting dirty (which tells you they really do clean). Everyone was super nice and professional and the amount of things that they had for you to do here were just amazing! Swimming, a Waterpark, arcade and bowling, restaurants, grocery store, game nights every night and the list goes on. We actually booked our next trip to stay here while we were still checked in on this trip. If you're looking for a place for you AND the kids...this is hands down the one for you!
